Patrick has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and has a strong emphasis on the site acquisition, financing and management of hotel operations. Over his 20+ years in the hospitality industry, Patrick has helped numerous clients find funding solutions for their respective hotel projects.
In addition to this, Patrick has been actively involved in management side of the hospitality business partnering with some of the most experienced and prestigious hotel operators to source and manage properties in Australia.
Ian Pert
Ian has over 32 years’ experience in the development industry and has a strong financial focus in property projects. Ian has worked on numerous hotel and high rise residential projects. A well known and respected industry figure on the Gold Coast, Ian specialises in Development and Project Management Services. Ian’s early involvement in projects with strategic advice helps ensure the overall project success.
Scott woroch
Scott has over 28 years experience in the hospitality industry and has a strong focus on transactional work relating to hospitality projects in both Europe and Asia Pacific. Prior to establishing his own firm, Kadenwood, Scott was responsible for heading Four Seasons expansion in both the Asia Pacific and Globally from 2000 to 2015. Prior to joining Four Season in 2000, Scott had a 10 year career in hotel development with both the Westin Hotel Company in Seattle and Strategic Hotels and Resorts in Chicago.
