HDI-BB Regional Director, Mr Mark Daley, is a seasoned Fortune 500 executive with more than 35 years’ experience across global markets, branded retail, and consumer products. He has developed and operated retail facilities throughout major Asia-Pacific gateways including China, Macau, India, and Japan, and has held senior executive roles across Asia Pacific, the USA, and the UK with organisations such as Duty Free Shoppers, Dean & Deluca, Ralph Lauren, Smythson, Billy Reid, and Esprit, where he was engaged to lead a strategic reset during the Covid period. Mark currently advises multiple brands on global market entry and scaling strategies.
Born and raised in Asia, and having lived and worked internationally, Mark brings deep market insight and a strong focus on execution. His experience spans publicly listed companies and startups, delivering shareholder value through restructurings, acquisitions, territorial expansions, and successful exits. Notable achievements include establishing the DFS Galleria luxury platform across Asia, restructuring Ralph Lauren Asia into a vertically integrated model, rebuilding Dean & Deluca to a high-value exit, co-creating Augustinus Bader (now valued at approximately USD$1 billion), and returning Esprit to profitability within one year after more than five years of losses.

Scott has over 28 years experience in the hospitality industry and has a strong focus on transactional work relating to hospitality projects in both Europe and Asia Pacific.
Prior to establishing his own firm, Kadenwood, Scott was responsible for heading Four Seasons expansion in both the Asia Pacific and Globally from 2000 to 2015. Prior to joining Four Season in 2000, Scott had a 10 year career in hotel development with both the Westin Hotel Company in Seattle and Strategic Hotels and Resorts in Chicago.
