HDIMS-GMP P/L is a joint venture between HDI Development

Management Services (HDIMS), and GMP Project Management (GMP).

The entity is capable of turnkey hotel project design and delivery. The

principals of HDIMS-GMP Patrick Farrugia and Ian Pert (founder of GMP

Management) have a combined 60 years in advisory and property

development experience in Australia and NZ.

HDIMS and GMP have had a close working relationship over the last 20
