Investment

HDI invests equity in mixed use, urban city real estate development projects. Primarily, HDI's focus is on real estate assets with hospitality and residential uses.

SITE ACQUISITION

HDI will tender, bid and conduct due diligence for the acquisition of sites on behalf of Clients. HDI sources hospitality properties through either public listings or through it’s personnel’s extensive network in Australia, which has been built over 20+ years in the hospitality business.

Through HDI’s London Partner, Scott Woroch, HDI also advises hospitality companies on European hospitality transactions with respect to acquisitions and new lodging developments.

FINANCING

HDI can procure finance for Clients who wish to finance hotel development with senior, mezzanine or alternative sources of finance. HDI’s close relationship with a variety of Australian financial institutions enables HDI to solve any financial structuring problems that may result during the of hotel development process.

OPERATOR PROCUREMENT

HDI can advise and deliver Hotel Operators for Clients that are suitable for the type of hotel that the Client wishes to own. HDI has a close relationship with a number of global hotel operators that it has had experience with in the past including
